Jill’s guest this week is jazz harpist Carol Robbins. A student of the late Dorothy Ashby, she was heavily influenced by the lush harmonies of pianist Bill Evans, and contemporary jazz musicians with whom she often plays. Her latest album with Billy Childs has been nominated for three Grammy’s.
